You’ll Need:

1 red pepper cut into 2-inch pieces

2 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
2/3 cup black olives
1/four cup chopped feta (pass over for Paleo/Whole30)

How to Make:

Preheat the oven to 200 ranges Celsius (390 degrees Fahrenheit)

In a big baking sheet or roasting tray, upload the chopped peppers, purple onion slices, lemon wedges, and tomatoes.
